COMPANY HISTORY

Skeerpoort Verspreiders was founded in 2003 by husband and wife team Tokkie and Marina Botes.

Petroleum wholesale distribution was initially started with one bulk delivery truck to deliver petroleum products to commercial and industrial customers within the Magalies Valley.

Under the guidance and stewardship of Tokkie and Marina, Skeerpoort Verspreiders grew exponentially and distributed petroleum products into the larger Limpopo / Gauteng / North West & Northern Cape Provinces.

Skeerpoort, currently, is an established non-refining petroleum wholesaler and distributor, licensed under the Petroleum Products Act as administered by the Department of Energy under Wholesale License Number W/20090075.

Skeerpoort Verspreiders is an empowered company with controlling shareholding residing in the custody of a consortium of business investors and BEE partners. Tokkie and Marina remain managing partners within the business to ensure business continuity / expedited prompt service / on-time deliveries and customer responsiveness.
